Package Your Items
Place the unworn Birkenstocks back into their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our Midtown team.
